Just built first computer

What is there to say about it except I totally underestimated the complexity of the process. I mean I had to go through two mobos then found out my dvd drive was shitty.  But I now know how to build them so it's all good. Played a minute of just cause and it was amazing fluid graphics.  Better than ps3 so I did good. Just need to keep Internet access to a minimum since I'm using this pc for gaming really... can't have it full of viruses and shit yunno....

150 innocent lives lost recently. Only explanation I can think of is that the copilot just got a bad diagnosis from the hospital and wanted to go out with a bang. I see so many people come and go throu Gu have these jet bridges at lag ya never think they are going to their grave at all. And most likely you won't.  I've done countless clean no bulls hit flights with actual sane pilots so one bad apple does by no means spoil the whole bunch..

Going to re-edit and fix the Mario Bros movie

New project I'll be working on soon. I'm going to try to track down a HD version of the super mario bros movie and see if I can edit it to actually be fucking good. I mean it's a guilty pleasure of mine. One of those movies I watched as a kid and lost my balls over how cool it was. It's just such a 90s movie. Already laid out my thoughts on it previously. What I hope to accomplish is fix what's severely wrong with it so that you're not totally feeling put off by the movie upon viewing it.

It offends me really how shitty parts of the movie are compared to the actually decent other parts.

And there's plenty of deleted scenes that could be put back in to help make parts of the film make more sense. Need to track those down...

My computer is finally going to be rebuilt and ready to go today so I'll get that thing up and running and begin finishing my static shock movie and then we'll get started on re-mixing Super Mario Bros to work a lot better. Then I'll release it on fan edit.org fo yo dumb asses.

I'll call it. Super Mario Bros. Re-Booted edition or something like that.

Will smith too good for Independence day 2?

What the fuck?

I was there in case anyone wants to know. I was a kid in my living room watching mother fucking Independence day back in the good ol days. VHS and all...

Sad to say I'm getting old now, ugh, but I remember being there watching that movie and was like a lot of kids back then just totally blown off our asses by that shit. THAT was cinema on steroids, damn... Nothing has come close that movie's awesomeness imo.

None of these transformers shits, none of these big event movies have touched that fucking b-movie classic film. It just works and it's so stupid and so AMERICAN, most american movie EVER.


Now they're going crazy and making a sequel which is long overdue. should have made one years ago, don't know what the fuck they were waiting for, but finally it's happening. Looks like it'll be just as retarded as the original if not moreso.

But shockingly will smith isn't returning to his seminal role in this film. That's going to make it seem lame to me. I mean it's like making a sequel to indidana jones without harrison or some shit like that. Basically leaving out the main fucking star from the movie kinda makes it seem like a budget sequel that they do all the time where they bring back someone who was in the movie on the side somewhere and try to play it off as a legit sequel. Like, I mean there's so many examples, it's ridiculous. I'm trying to remember those movies you see where they go ahead and make the sequel without the main star and bring in a person who was in the classic original to try to syphon off some of the brilliance of the original film. Bloodsport 2 did this. Basically van damme didn't bother coming back to it, so they brought back that biker guy from the first movie to sort of make it seem in the same universe, it was dumb. Son of the Mask did this shit. Dungeons and dragons 2. It happens all the time. When they want to make a sequel but can't get the main actor back, they bring back side characters instead.

But shit will smith isn't coming back so this movie's going to feel really deflated and shitty.

I mean I sort of view Independence day to being linked to MIB. Because of Independence day, Will smith was contacted to become a part of the MIB or something. But how the fuck they going to make sense of will smith not being anywhere in the universe of the second alien attack on earth. Did he die? You think will is just going to sit by and watch the aliens attack again, not get in contact with the military and decide to jump in a jet and fight back? Serious?

How are they going to explain that?

Or is it that this movie is about going to the home world of the aliens and doing some shit on their planet?

Then it would make sense?

I loved life back when independence day came out. Life was soooooo different. Nobody had fucking smart phones, internet was slow as shit, in fact, look at the movie itself. It's sooo a fucking 90s movie it's retarded. An entire scene is dedicated to one of the worst things about the 90s, having to figure out how to make an antennae tv get a signal...

Amazingly enough we don't have to worry about that anymore...

 Times have certainly changed. Nothing but full HD in your face ass holes being plunged into on a daily basis... Which I'd have a problem with, if I wasn't still a virgin... I have to abandon my previous religious views on abstinence or whatever if indeed all it fucking leads to is getting closer and closer to 30 and never getting any sweet ass.

So will smith is above independence day? Bullshit. Such bullshit. He is not. And in fact he owes his entire career to that one movie. If that movie came and bombed we wouldn't hear a damn thing about will smith as a box office draw every year around july. But because of that one film, the studios wanted to keep mining that will smith popularity. So even though the movies he made afterwareds had shit to do with ID, they kept making a will smith movie to coincide with independence day. It was a nice little tradition I have to say. Every single year after ID came out, there was a new will smith film in theaters around that time. MIB, WWW, eventurally that shitty robot movie, but hollywood knows how to keep things consistent. It was interesting to see them make a new big willie movie very july.

So I got to disagree with Will's decision to kinda turn his back on where he came from. It's to me, disrespectful to his fans. I know he doesn't want to continue pretending he's a 20 year old punk kid hanging out making big ass movies. He's goddamn almost fucking 50 so he's really starting to take his time and make smarter more meaningful films from here forward, BUT FUCK THAT SHIT. This is too awesome a movie to pass on and yeah it has been goddamn 20 years...

Sure enough, but this movie is going to have practically everybody from the original back, so to suddenly have will and his character no longer in it really just makes shit sense...

This is what Jeff Goldbum does from my perspective. He always comes in for the sequel. A smarter Jeff Goldulm would have read the script foR JP2 and thought what the FUCK IS THIS NONESESNE and thrown it in the garbage, but no. He's jeff goldblum, he'll be in it...

Oh oy interseting times. Very instersting. Going to have a will smith'less independence day now. How the FUCK is that going to work. When you watch the movie, yeah the movie fucking reallly is about jeff goldlum ahnd his story. It's the main story line truth be told. Will smith comes in later and then prettymuch completely dominates teh film from there forward, but as far as the original sfcritp was conderned it was about jeff goldbum's character and his journey and all that shit.

Maye they'll explain it or not. I don't know... All I do know is that there's so muich ridiculous potential for this film to be great. It could really re-invigorate the franchise and of course it's going to most likely do huge business. Because it will attract kids and old farts who grew up on  the original film.

thoughts on return of the green ranger

Just watched the Megaforce Legandary War episode. Boy does that bring me back. I mean let me tell you being a kid watching power rangers on its first airing on fox kids, was AWESOME AS FUCK. I mean you had beetleborgs, then power rangers, tmnt, some other shit I can't remember, then beakmans world to watch every saturday, shit was the bomb back then.

I can see the way kids like the new power rangers. These new Rangers are actually interesting characters. Not just fucking lame imitations of the originals. They have their own unique qualities as rangers and that's what I particularly enjoyed seeing in this episode. This is I'd say almost as good as the SPD era stuff. It boils down to your staight forward power rangers vs big bad guy crap we always see. It really is like the show is stuck in the fucking 90s. Back then power rangers being stupid made sense. Everything in the 90s was stupid and didn't make sense. But we're in a hell of a more sophisticated time now. Why is power rangers still aiming for 5 year olds drinking milk out of a bottle all day?

I was watching it and I liked it but the episode only got good when Tommy showed up. Then my fucking heart melted. To see the green ranger BACK as the green ranger, in his uniform, just floored me. I mean I was there as a kid watching this man go through SO MUCH SHIT.... his story is a tragic one. To see him one last time standing tall and proud as a power ranger, just perfect...

I was kinda pissed he didn't really fight much. But that wasn't the point and even JDF isn't going to bust ass on screen as the Green Ranger anymore since that'd just kinda look ridiculous. But the way they handled it was perfect. I hope this is his last appearance as a ranger.

Sad to say goodbye to the power rangers that I knew and loved with a passion. This show means so much to me. It perfectly encapsulates a HUGE part of a lot of our lives during the 90s. A time period that was truly amazing to behold. As technology got better, movies got better, life got better, people had hopes and dreams and life seemed like it was going forward to new heights imo...

some thoughts on creed

I have to take a stand and say I do not like this new Rocky Movie. I do not want them to make it, and I hope it never sees release.

This is beyond and above overdoing it. I know what's going through stallone's head. Oh noes, I don't want to get to fucking 80 and never have made another Rocky movie. I get it.

But it's not fair to the fans to take rocky and drag him down to hell with you, stallone.

Rocky Balboa is as good as it gets for a 6th film. Which is never ever good, but some how some way by keeping the movie small and to some extent almost totally character driven, it's a hell of a lot better than even Rocky 4. Which is a videogame, not a movie.

I'm just like, totally pissed right now about it. About how maybe it'd be better if maybe this movie was more of a completely new movie divorced from the Rocky franchise. So now you're going to watch the rocky movies, see rocky all young and fit and in shape and going toe to toe with titans in the field, then all you're going to see at the end of the franchise is rocky looking fucking ready to go to his grave, that's it? That's how you're going to end it.

It's like making a Karate kid 5 or some shit like that and Ralph is in it and he's obviously not a kid anymore. Hell he wasn't even a kid in the first movie but he tricked the eye enough so they rolled with it.

Lame ass shit, all I got to say. Huge rocky fan, not going to bother seeing this movie because I know it's going to suck. I know Stallone is really losing his mind as he has to start considering leaving his youth behind forever.

Too fucking bad, son. I mean that doesn't mean you have to ruin your own franchises like this. It's like. When watching Rocky Bablboa it's a good movie, solid film, but Rocky OBVIOUSLY has aged beyond his form in the previous 5 films. Which makes it hard to see the film in the same line with the other movies. Rocky has always looked more or less like Stallone at around his mid 30s. To suddenly throw an old rocky at us for the next two movies just really is going to be a slap to our faces for having sat through his whole career in the previous films.

It's not fair and it's not fun to watch. Nobody wants to see their heros get old. No movies are made about super heros and stuff as old men. To suddenly make us sit and watch Rocky Balboa as an old man talking about his good old days, just going to piss all over the character. I know that's the real world, you live, you do stuff, then you get old and reminisce about the good old days and curse out the young punks today, yeah I get it... but Rocky is a Legend. Legends don't get old.

Further thoughts on GTA Heists

I'm going to hopefully actually get through these heists and finish them all at some point.

What's there to say about it, AWESOME. Most fun I've ever really had playing GTA. When you finally are playing with live people in a videogame, it's just nuts.

I mean we used to get together at school and have mario kart GBA sessions or even after school videogame club where we'd have smash bros tournaments. Those were the days man.

But now we can do all that shit from the comfort of our own homes. If you have friends to play with that is...

I wish there was something to f'n buy with all the money you get though. There's the tank but unless you can bust that out during a heist, what's the point.

I was thinking today at work that it'd be better to have the jetpack in the game and cost maye 5 mil or some shit like that.

Then you'd be more motivated to win the heists. AS it is now there's only better cars and apartments to get. Besides that, there's not much to buy in GTA online right now...

They got to give us something worth buying in the future that'll make us all want to earn millions in the online world. Like how RPGs do things for years. They always have the best stuff be so expensive you have to play the game for months to afford it, but that's the game. Play hard to win...

GTA Online Rep system

I hope to god someone from R reads this. Maybe not but as an addendum to my last blog post, I have to submit to R that a fucking rep system needs to be put into GTA online ASAP.

My last heist mission some douche bag teen FUCK was sitting there threatening to sabotage the heist if he didn't get more money. I threatened back and made him get a 10% cut of course and that spooked him into playing fair, but NO, this game can't survive very long if fuck shits like that are participating in it.

If I had it my way I would have kicked his dumb ass, but I couldn't, so I had no choice but to wait until this shit stain cooperated. Bad fucking game design in this heist update. If some douche bag like him has more power than ME the host of the game, it's not a game worth playing it's a troll fest and nothing more.

apparently there actually is a rep system, ok well my bad then. This is what I'll use to decide who to keep in the game. Thing is I don't know how good the kick system is. It's like yeah you can kick someone from the invite screen but not from the mission board, so what's the point...

what kills heists

Sad to say. Been enjoying heists all day, everybody is. This is all a new system to play and everyone's having a blast with it and trying to get through it little by little, but this thing is severely in need of some fine tuning. I think even R considers this Hesist release beta for now. It's no where close to perfect although a good idea and very well made.

One thing kills it. Heist Trolling.

I just thought for a second that it was bad connections or some shit, but no. There is a group of assholes on GTA Online, joining heists then sabotaging them constantly just to be dicks.

Mind you, simply figure out who is trust worthy and invite them alone for the heists, problem solved, yeah but not everyone has good friends they know online, I certainly don't. I've met people who are honestly just trying to play the heists straight and win the money and that's all and I friended them. That's the ticket, figure out who's worth shit online and friend them, then don't invite the public to the lobby, just don't...

Sadly I mean I've tried to start the fucking Prison escape heist 3 times and each time somebody trolled it for yucks.

That's a serious fucking flaw. You telling me I have to wait for like fucking 30 minutes straight to start up a heist mission only to have it all fail because of some kid who thinks he's hilarious.

Fuck that shit. I want to have control back. I beg R to give the Host of the server a ban hammer and let me personally fucking destroy heist trollers from here forward. These guys are killing heists, really are.

I never do that shit. I do not join a server then fuck up a heist deliberately, that's not how I roll. I want to have a blast and enjoy the game, that's all.

gotta say if there's one thing that sucks about heists it's the fact that there are 10 year olds hanging out on it all day... they can't shoot, can't drive, can't fucking do shit.

Worst thing about the update I have to say. The simple fact that you HAVE TO have a good team with maturity and skill present or you will fail it.

gta heists review

semi-review I should say. I'm in the middle of getting into the first few heists... Already finished fleeca and getting going with prison break.

Dis some good ass shit. Primarily because it pays out the ass, you'll be able to get all your cars upgraded buy the tank whatever the fuck in no time with these pay outs.

Finally something that pays in gta online.

Only problem is that the heist setup portion is gay as fuck. And people don't want to give you a fair 50/50 cut even though you did half the work so it's like the motherfucker leading the job gets all the money, you get shit.

It's fun though. This is great, I mean it's almost on the level of gta modding scene. Not close to the level of cheating and customization that that shit has, no but the fact that now gta online's constantly changing according to Rockstars whims is amazing. They can literally create any shit they want in this game, motherfucker. I love life, son. I mean things are awesome these days. Just awesome. I highly recommend the heists update.Mad people saying they want to go play other new games coming out but this is where it's at right here, son.

power rangers and star wars returning thoughts

Just watched JDF on his youtube page talking about the power rangers fan film and potential to be in the new movie that's being made.

I'm personally hoping they put at least him in the new movie since that'd make it actually have something to do with the original power rangers, but not very likely. Fact is that today's kids they're actually into this current crop of rangers and probably have no interest in the older ones.

I see the new gen of kids and they're into shit I certainly wasn't. I mean wtf. They like spinning top games and these new power rangers who suck ass compared to my shit, just saying...

Oh well it's their life, not going to try giving them REAL stuff. But yeah I mean I go along through my childhood doing shit and suddenly discover so many awesome things, like star wars. I mean I never really knew about it until the SE came out. Truthfully I discovered everything during my childhood, I never had any idea a lot of the shit existed until I stumbled onto it. Like super mario bros movie, star wars, He-man, stephen chow movies.

I mean if you're a kid and you haven't seen jackie chan, stephen chow, and hell even buckaroo banzai you're being raped.

But it's going to be a wild ride for the new kids in this world today. They're going to see 2 completely different batman movie franchises, a weird ass sequel to superman where he has a little kid, fucking 2 different spiderman franchises now... JESUS christ.

And now this thing called Star Wars is going to be coming out and the new gen of kids is going to be like WTF is this space adventure shit?

Then they're going to be seeing the prequels, the old ass 70s movies, and then the new trilogy by JJ and I mean this is going to change everything from here forward. I mean this is monumental. I can't even fathom what the return of the original star wars cast fucking means.

thinking about sega right now

Lol man I've been in a bit of a tug o war with sega since the old days haven't I. I've always sided with Nintendo since I was 10, truth be told. I eventually upgraded to playstation, yes, but nintendo was my fav for a long whitle. Didn't even bother getting the genesis truth be told.


Here I am today burning loads of dream cast games and seeing what kind of stuff I missed out on. That's what I do, I play games I watch porn, and I play more games, that's basically it...

Anyway. I used to own a game gear, that's what got me posting about shit in this blog today. I'm just in awe of Sega's fumblings as a company. What retards were at work behind the scenes at Sega, really. I mean if you want to have a debate over what's better functionalikty vs graphical power, look at the Game Gear debacle. 

Sega was no doubt insistant on creating the console experience in player's pockets back then. To the point where they didn't give a fuck and made a hand held that obviously couldn't even be quickly tucked inside of your pocket real fast. Me back as a kid was just fucking confused by this thing. My friend at school had one and he had sonic for it and showed it to me. But I never bothered getting one back in those days because I knew it was going to eat through batteries like a goddamn hungry buffalo.  And it did, I mean I tried one out for a while and it lasted maybe maximum 15 minutes on a full set of batteries. What a joke. 

I eventually opted for the Game Boy instead and what a wonderful little system that shit was, boy. That shit was the shit. It first of all lasted all fucking day, second it had a great collection of games. Prettymuch anything released for the game gear came out for the game boy. Yeah it had a shitty green color, max, but it was there, it was playable anywhere and it lasted forever until you saw the little red light start to dim. 

Damn son, what's wrong with Sega. Still a lot of love for the dreamcast even today. That system was really ahead of its time and I'm discovering that most of the games made for it were running at 60fps since that makes the games look a lot more high end than they really are, but the difference is night and day, playing at 60fps vs the standard 30. You won't want to go back to ordinary gaming after experiencing fucking 60fps. Kids today don't even realize it but games that are in 60fps are better ones simply because it looks so much more real.

I'm going to see about collecting a bunch of 60fps games and movies from here forward. I know they exist, just hard to find them since we're all still in the stone age and "believe" 30fps is better. It's like how VHS had to be released on both widescreen and full screen format because if they sold just the wide screen version people would bitch about it even though the full screen version sliced the movie nearly in half so you were actually not even seeing the fucking movie as was intended.

So they brought back frieza AGAIN.

All I have to say as a fan of dbz since it started airing on toonami and as a watcher of dragonball back when ocean dubbed it and it aired on way up there in the mornings on WB11. I used to see dragonball back in the days before it was popular. They aired db and sailormoon back to back waaaay back in the old days of WB.

Little did I know they'd bring both shows back for the toonami slot. But this is trippy as fuck. I mean who am I to say anything about. Let them make of this story what they will. But it's getting way out of hand to have frieza back and most likely he's been amped up in power again so that he's even more powerful than goku etc this time and goku has to become a super duper saiyan god with cheese sauce on his ass to defeat him...

This is silly shit. It really is. If you can't figure out how to bring dragonball back to tv, don't make more nonsense villains with unbelivable power levels as your way of somehow continuing the story...

Of course I'll see the damn thing. I have no choice in that matter. Anything dragonball I'm on top of it... Sadly we'll NEVER see a sequel to DBE. That movie exists now in the same universe as Super Mario Bros movie. Little shitty but earnest flick they put together based on silly crap that will have its mini-cult existence and nothing more..

my thoughts on the high frame rate debate

I mean there is no debate, we WILL be getting more if not all films made in high frame rates in the future, but people still have issues with it primarily because it's not looking like film and more like live video feeds or soap operas on tv which have been shot in very bland high fps for years.

But I'm thinking that there's potential artistically for high fps, there really is. We just haven't seen anyone come along and actually figure out how to use it properly. Right now what we're seeing is film makers having fun with a new toy and not really knowing what the fuck they're doing with it yet, sadly.

They're banging on a piano trying to make music and failing essentially...

But the question they have to ask themselves is why the hell do we need to see things on screen moving around in realistic physics. Maybe if it were like the matrix, like when they're in the real world it moves like 48fps and inside the matrix it goes back to normal film-quality. That would have made sense, yall.

As it is now. It's just an awkward big expensive experiment in film making to put up this artistically hollow imagery of things moving very quickly and without artistic purpose to anything...
