Getting back into Dragonball

I honestly don't want to, I'm 30 now but Dragonball was a huge part of my life. I modeled myself after goku, trained very hard to get strong like him. Have a huge interest in anime because of dragonball, the monkey king legend all that shit.

It's been fucking 8 years since Dragonball Evolution came and nose dived into the abyss of forgotten pop culture shit.

I could have directed that movie WITH that same script and you'd have a vastly superior film, that's what hurts. You don't have to get it right with the first one. That's not always necessary. Just don't make it boring, don't make it an insult to the fans like that one did. Make it a farce. Just a circus of pop references to the comic/cartoon etc. All it needed to be. Make it even self aware. Oh the wasted opportunity with that film. Wasted. I don't regret them making it honestly though since like the super mario bros movie, it will live on in legend as a failed but interesting take on the property.

I've been pushing back all my projects, the chun li edit is still on the horizon. Finishing the static shock movie is a priority as well. Need to just get settled in this job, this new apartment, get better weather up here for starters.

I'm so going to transfer to a new spot at TSA or even try to get into ICE or whatever in the future...

This is ass, groveling like a dog for table scraps from tsa wtf... You can only wait and hope half the people they hire quit, find better jobs, or a million different things. Most of the dudes I work with are not dedicated to this job, it's just pocket change while they look for real careers as cops or whatever...

We'll see about trading stocks if that works out or not...

Apartment life has its merits. Good nice safe no frills spot I got. Just wish I could figure out a way to get heat that won't break the bank cuz haven't a clue in that regard. Thinking about going for one of those garage heaters that just floods the place with it...

In addition... I've decided not to get a projector. the tech just isn't advanced enough yet and was hoping 4k projectors wouldn't be so expensive. It'll likely take a while before they're affordable.

If I have to be stuck in this rut in life, I'd much prefer to have a badass gaming computer with top of the line hardware and 4k capability... If I have that, I'm good. I mean I don't care what happens at work as long I have my games, my porn, my internet, my cartoons, movies, and general fun shit.
