I honestly for damn real thought that it was going to be different than this...
I told myself, presidents lie, it's prettymuch what they sign up for, telling lies. Sometimes in the hopes that they'll accomplish some kind of improvement in society by kinda masking the truth. Of course it's never a simple answer with whether to fully disclose info to the public. It can just make things worse. If indeed people knew about what the FBI knows, most people wouldn't go outside...
But the sheer transparency of Trump's lies. The farcical nature of this presidency, I didn't even begin to imagine it... I was soooo wrong in my predictions.
It's just like this analogy I came up with. I'm standing in line for an expensive theme park. The booth guy says, sorry folks the machine's down. So we'll just let you all get in for free today, sorry for the inconvenience. Everybody says YAAAAAAAAAAAAY. Then I stand up and say, NOTHING TO WORRY ABOUT, I CAN REPAIR THE MACHINE FOLKS!!
