will I be seeing Spidey homecoming?

Nope...

Not out of any spite towards the new spidey or the new movie at all. Just am feeling like I've had enough spidey for a while. I was all over the first spidey movie back in the old days. Now I'm just feeling like not getting involved, that time period for me has passed. On to different more interesting things...

And I don't like aunt may being younger, don't like spidey having a super suit. That's pushing it for me. Maybe the movie's awesome and I'm being a dweeb about it, sure. Fine, but not like I ran out to see Amazing spiderman 2. Honestly didn't have a huge boner for the first movie. Wasn't too interested in further adventures.

What is it about spidey that they can't seem to nail with these movies and keep rebooting his ass...

I honestly don't know. He's one of the easiest characters to do properly. Not much needing to be changed. He quips a ton, has cool web shooters, is a genius, and has a super model girlfriend. Each one of his movies seems to fuck that up even though it's totally not hard to get right.

Something like ghost rider, tough to translate and obviously they keep failing to do it. Something like, x-men you ain't EVER gonna get right since it's full of variety and different shit that is desperately needing to be changed to work on screen etc... dunno what else, I guess superman is tough to get right considering they keep screwing him up too, but he's a lot like spidey, simple as pie hero to translate. He's so blatantly one dimensional, how can they fail with him, who knows....

Fantastic Four, failed failed failed... Agreed with those saying expendables is the fantastic four movie we should have gotten.

Hulk, debatable. I don't mind the first movie. It's off the target, but understand the soul of hulk and works for me. But they bombed with him in the second movie, missing the point of the character. All he is now is a big cgi fake toy to sell in the new movies, nuthin else.

Did they nail captain America? Fuck no. I'm not against Chris Evans, but he should have turned down the role... A Captain America movie should have been the Superman the movie of the Marvel movies. Not a big flakey wishy washy forgettable shitty cgi thing that we got. I mean come on guys... It was just so cheap, goddamit. All the ill will of the first movie doesn't help the sequels though I had a blast at winter soldier. But not REALLY blown away by this version of cap. If they can reboot hulk, spiderman, and whatever else and not bat an eye as they keep the corporate machine moving, why are they not rebooting cap with a proper carefully crafted, amazing war movie. OMG I'd die if they ever got Cap right. I LOVE Captain America. I love him.

I mean, I look at spidey homecoming as, meh, spiderman bullshit cartoon xyz that they keep coming out with after the masterpiece that was spiderman: tas.

It's like the goddamn nolan batman movies vs, Burton's goddamn awesome take on batman. It's like, comparing an actual brilliant hand crafted sculpture to a mass produced decent little statue.

There's just nothing drawing me to go see spidey homecoming. Let me guess, spiderman has issues juggling being a hero and being a school kid. He's got girl trouble. He beats the villain by out smarting him or out punching him raimi style... whatever... What is this movie doing that we haven't seen???

At least Logan, and I got to give it a lot of credit. To fuck it and kill off wolverine, that's balls, man.

Anyway, going on too long. You can tell I'm a passionate sob when it comes to this shit. It literally is my life, this stuff, sad and pathetic to say that...
