What did they do... I feel sorry for them yes. I'm not that evil. But they get no tears from me. You cast the movie wrong. Probably filled it to the brim with pop references and the movie just looked like it was going to be shit. Apparently it is shit. Lucasfilm saw the dailies or rough cut and knew it was garbage. You simply don't fire directors if the movie is okay. What they were making was utter nonsense.
Fuck... And it's impossible for them to recast lando now. This movie will forever be in the dollar bin at Kmart. Good job guys.
