Just got thinking about it... The saddest thing, is that he could have just made it a non-story. Could have just said it was a phone glitch, dropped his phone... EVERYBODY has that happen at some point. Even lying would have been a better choice than his decision to delete it, which some say is a crime since every post by him has to remain on record.
Hell, push come to shove, just say your kid stole your phone mid tweet and messed with it. Something...
But no, he predictably tried to sweep it under the rug and get it to die by turning it into a joke.
What joke? You have power to end all life on this planet. The fact that you apparently can't handle twitter, is a sure sign that you shouldn't be a position of serious power, that's why people took it and ran with it.
And this is the second time...
First Trump makes a speech at congress and gets people to actually start thinking he's somewhat competent enough to handle being president.
Then he goes home, fucks around on twitter the next fucking day and ruins his good press with an impeachable offense and false accusation against obama.
WOW....
This time, he goes on a foreign trip, does a decent if odd trumpish job of making speeches and trying to win favor amongst people he campaigned against, fine.... we get the script, go act presidential, fine....
comes back home, and fucks around on twitter and ruins all his good shit he might have done...
I'm just wowed by this man's ability to shoot his own self in the foot.
I declare it's not worth it to troll trump. Make controversial comedy bits about him. He literally will destroy his own presidency at some point, it's just a waiting game.
