So cold

weather is abysmal up here in the bronx, can't imagine what it must be like up in canada right now. After experiencing winter season in canada, it's like you don't fear winter down here. Up there it's a horror show. they got it down to an exact science dealing with winter though. Canadians don't play. It's like snow comes, snow goes up there...

Yeah, I lived in niagara falls, but if you live in niagara falls, you live in canada. It's canada. Everything up there is canadian.

Been binge watching sliders like a psycho. Jerry freakin O Connel has been liking my tweets regarding sliders. Is he planning to do a fan film with the original cast back together to finish things off... Pfft. Hell no. Too much time has passed. Honestly I think if we had this level of interactivity in the early 2000s a crowd funded sliders movie would have happened like a flash.

Good guy, must have put himself through  hell to make the show. No doubt to me at all that he's sorry he couldn't finish it, but what's said with the show is said and it's a powerful show. Season 4 is a mess, but the few episodes that are great are amazing and truly pure sliders even without Sabrina.

It's my home really. I was just like Quinn, dorky nerd boy fiddling with science projects and dreaming of time machines and such. So when I watched sliders, god I feel like I'm transported back to my 11 year old self and I'm not here this loser with now job, but a hell of a lot of muscle and sex appeal.

Reboot or continuation would be nice now that I think about it. I'd be down for that. A full on Sliders reboot. Have the first episode be about Rembrant passing the tech to a new group and we go from there. But eh, kinda will be like that next generation of ghost writer. Remember  how ass that ended up? One thing I could never stand back as a kid was when they nxt gnd every show. and the new version was just a shadow of the former. But I can see sliders working again if they stick to good characters that feel real and have some good stories.

Like word is out on facebook anyway that seinfeld will be making a come back. One part of me wants that because there's so much fresh material for a new seinfeld show. Jesus they'd have a buffet every single day to make episodes from in today's world vs the more isolated age of the 90s. They'd have a lot to say about today's paranoid culture e-mobs, tweet nukes. But when you get down to it, Curb your enthusiasm IS seinfeld done in today's fear mongering world, so what am I talking about...

Well I'm beat. Another day, little bit of editing done, inching crawling slowly moving towards finishing this beast of a project. I can't imagine doing a full feature film and what a horror show those are for editors. Damn I'm getting murdered by this, what must those bastards go through. Not getting paid enough I'm sure....
