Hell of an odd day

Decided to reshoot some of the boom self repair scene. He gets injured in battle with static, takes a break to fix his arm and get back into the game. Well was ready to get going, got everything prepared for the shoot and what a great surprise, my glasses for Boom are gone from my pocket. Vanished. That ended it. I can't shoot without those glasses, sad that everything can hinge on something seemingly so minor but yeah you learn real quick how tough film making is when you only have one of a certain prop. I then knew I only had once chance at all of getting the shot TODAY instead of waiting until a new pair of glasses came in he mail. Go all the way back to the last spot I had them and comb through the leaves to find them... long story short, I was searching the spot, then my foot hit something plastic and there they were. one night and a whole day they lay there on that spot where I dropped them. All the shit I went through to deliver mountains of groceries and my sunglasses I bought for Boom were just hanging out in the woods completely untouched. WTF... I was so overjoyed, it's insane. Why am I so damn giddy about working on this project. I'm not sure... just glad to be able to pursue it and possibly get it done without too much issues or whatever. I just think I have to put my foot down and give my man static his day in the sun and yeah come on, he deserves it.
